Phillip Spangler is the founder of Dragon Tours and More and a seasoned driving‑event organizer with over a decade of hands‑on experience leading automotive and motorcycle adventures. As the creator of the 500‑member Central Florida Cruise Club, Phil has spent years designing routes, coordinating multi‑state trips, and building a safety‑first culture that defines every tour he leads. His passion for the road, commitment to professionalism, and deep knowledge of the Tail of the Dragon region form the backbone of the company’s guided‑tour experience.
Patrick Paez is Dragon Tours and More Director of Operations. Patrick brings in his experience from 20 years in the United States Air Force and as a Municipal Project Manager. Patrick has been an immense help with implementing structure and organization for Dragon Tours and More daily operations
